Ronald Frye

Ronald Frye has extensive experience in IT management and network engineering, currently serving as the HCS IT Manager for Network Services at UNC Health Care since October 2005. In this role, Ronald manages the Network Services team, supporting 12 hospitals and 700 remote clinics, and is responsible for the migration and implementation of healthcare systems, standardizing network design, and upgrading wireless services. Previous roles include HCS Network Architect, where Ronald oversaw networking design and operational management, and Senior Network Engineer, focusing on network architecture and security. Ronald's earlier experience includes positions at RTI International, State Street Corporation, and Merrill Lynch, with responsibilities ranging from network design and implementation to project management. Ronald holds an Associate's degree in data center support from The Chubb Institute North.
