Catherine Faylor

Catherine Faylor is an experienced quality and compliance professional with a strong background in food safety and animal care. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Hiland Dairy Foods since October 2022, Catherine previously held various roles at Daybreak Foods, Inc., including Food Safety and Quality Manager, Food Safety and Quality Supervisor, and Senior Quality Technician. With a foundational role as Compliance Manager at Centrum Valley Farms, Catherine ensured adherence to FDA regulations, implemented biosecurity measures, and managed quality audits. Catherine’s early experience includes positions at USDA-ARS as an Animal Care Technician, Iowa State University Small Animal ICU as a Student Worker, and Progene Reproduction Center as an Equine Caretaker. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Iowa State University, and a high school diploma from Logan Magnolia.
