David Farrell is a seasoned professional in employee benefits consulting with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Benefits at Hilb Group since October 2025, Farrell previously held the position of Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at NFP, where from September 2010 to October 2025, assistance was provided to companies and nonprofit organizations in managing significant aspects of employee benefits.
