Dominick Keefe has a diverse work experience in the financial services and retail industries. Dominick started their career at Hilco Global, where they worked as an Analyst in Hilco Real Estate from June 2016 to March 2018. Dominick then progressed to the role of Senior Associate in the same department until September 2020. In September 2020, Dominick became a Vice President at Hilco Global, specifically in the Hilco Consumer Retail division. In this role, they assisted companies and their advisors in understanding and maximizing the value of their assets through asset monetization and advisory solutions.

In addition to their role at Hilco Global, Dominick also held positions at other companies. In 2020, they became a Vice President at Restore Capital, a commercial finance and alternative investment firm that provides capital solutions to retailers and consumer products companies. Furthermore, in 2022, Dominick joined ReStore for Retail as a Vice President. ReStore is a digital tool kit that aims to improve the connection between store teams and management through its mobile app and companion web app.

The company manufactures unisex hats with a focus on slow-fashion ethos and quality.

Before their professional career, Dominick co-founded Lovable Lifters, a handyman company, during high school. The company provided various home improvement services to the Chicagoland community using local high school and college students.

Dominick Keefe has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business. Dominick also holds an MBA degree with a focus on Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Dominick completed the CORe program offered by Harvard Business School Online, which covered subjects such as Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting. Dominick participated in a Semester at Sea program sponsored by the University of Virginia, where they pursued studies in International/Global Studies. Prior to their higher education, Dominick attended Lake Forest High School. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Microsoft in November 2013. Recently, in January 2022, Dominick received the Word Staffing Award as one of the Top 100 Staffing Leaders to watch, awarded by Candidate.ly.
