Emily Xiao

Emily Xiao currently serves as Vice President of Investment Banking at Hilco Global since May 2023. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at Goldman Sachs from April 2013 to 2022, where Emily was part of the Industrials Team and held the role of Executive Director in the Financial Institutions Group, contributing to significant deals such as the US IPO of Futu and the sale of CMIG Aviation. Emily also worked as a Structured Finance Associate, focusing on the aviation sector and engaging in various asset-backed securities issuances. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Emily was a Fixed Income Analyst at BNP Paribas, handling complex financial structures, and began a career as a Summer Analyst at Valstone Partners, where research on life insurance investment opportunities was conducted. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
