Paul McGowan

Paul McGowan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various sectors, currently serving as Non Executive Chairman of Amcomri Group, which focuses on optimizing and acquiring specialist engineering and manufacturing businesses in the UK. In addition to this role, McGowan chairs Amcomri Business Services Group and Amcomri Entertainment Inc., overseeing B2B service initiatives and global media content production, respectively. McGowan is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Amcomri Foundation, supporting micro-businesses in Tanzania and Kenya. Previous roles include Managing Director of Amcomri Real Estate, Executive Chairman at Hilco Capital Limited, and Chairman at Denby Holdings Limited. McGowan holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from Ulster Polytechnic.
