Tom Schrader

Tom Schrader is an experienced operations and logistics professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Logistics at Hilco Global since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tom functioned as Logistics Practice Leader at Hilco Performance Solutions from June 2023 to October 2023. Tom's background includes extensive service in the United States Marine Corps, where positions held from July 2014 to January 2021 include Senior Program Manager, Aide to General Officer, Logistics Manager, Future Operations Officer (Senior Project Manager), Platoon Commander (Transportation Manager), and Student Officer. Academically, Tom earned a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain and Finance from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business in May 2023, and holds a MicroMasters in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from MITx completed in 2020, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill obtained in 2012.
