Masako Gardner

Masako Gardner is a Project Engineer at HILGARTWILSON since January 2021, possessing extensive experience in the field of civil and water resources engineering. Previous roles include Civil Engineer - Water Resources at RBF Consulting from April 2004 to August 2008 and Watershed Modeling Research at EMRL from April 2002 to April 2004. Masako also gained valuable experience as an intern at RBF Consulting and the Utah Department of Transportation in 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and Arizona State University, respectively.
