Robert Gubser

Robert Gubser, AICP, is a seasoned professional in urban and environmental planning with extensive experience in various planning roles. Currently serving as Principal Associate and Manager of the Land Planning Group at HILGARTWILSON since March 2018, Gubser previously held the position of Planning Manager at the City of Avondale from June 2014 to March 2018 and was a Principal Planner at the City of Peoria, AZ, from December 2004 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, Gubser worked as a Planner for Maricopa County Planning and Development and as a Geographic Information System Specialist at the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. Gubser's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Land Use and Environmental Planning from Northern Arizona University.
