Toni Bonar

Toni Bonar is an experienced project manager and land use planner with over fifteen years in the planning and design field, currently serving as a Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since May 2024. Since March 2010, Toni has held various roles at HILGARTWILSON, including Project Manager and Manager of Land Use Planning. Prior experience includes a decade as Planning Manager at CMX, where responsibilities encompassed supervising a substantial planning department, managing a diverse range of projects from annexations to zoning amendments, and integrating multiple engineering and environmental disciplines into development designs. Toni holds a degree in Design from Arizona State University, completed between 1988 and 1999.
