Jamal Edwards

Jamal Edwards is a seasoned attorney and business leader, currently serving as a Partner at Hilgers Graben PLLC, where the practice centers on business, real estate, and intellectual property litigation and counseling. Edwards has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including being a Board Member at Atlas and the Vistage CEO Group Chair for Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Previously, Edwards co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of EDWARDS MAXSON MAGO & MACAULAY LLP, focusing on healthcare, intellectual property, and real estate law. Additional roles include General Counsel for Warming Trends, COO and General Counsel for the Institute for Population Health, Partner at Honigman LLP, and CEO of Howard Brown Health Center, among others. Edwards holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and has completed executive education programs at University of Notre Dame and Harvard Business School.
