Karl Dingli

Karl Dingli is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Hili Ventures since August 2025. Prior to this role, Karl spent a decade at BNF Bank p.l.c. as the Head of Human Resources, Property and Administration Department from October 2015 to August 2025. Karl gained a wealth of experience at Banif Bank Malta plc, holding dual roles as Head of General Operations Unit and Head of Quality Control & Processes Unit from August 2008 to October 2015. Additionally, Karl worked as a Business Analyst at HSBC Bank Malta plc and held various HR roles during a substantial tenure from June 1995 to August 2006. Karl holds an MSc in Training & HR Management from the University of Leicester.
