Kristina Borg Cardona is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications at Hili Ventures since July 2023. Previously, Kristina held various roles at Malta International Airport plc, including Experience Design and Commercial Development Manager, where responsibilities focused on terminal aesthetics, user journey design, and commercial optimization through passenger behavioral analysis. As Marketing and Communications Manager, Kristina led brand development and public relations, ensuring a distinctive corporate voice across multiple platforms. Additional experience includes serving as Vice-Chair of the Digital Communications Forum for Airports Council International (Europe) and roles in marketing and business development across other organizations, demonstrating a strong background in strategic marketing and communications.
