Lucia Mattova

Lucia Mattova, PhD, currently serves as HR Coordinator for Europe at Hilite International since July 2022. Prior experience includes a career break for maternity leave from June 2013 to July 2022 and a tenure at Slovenská sporiteľňa from August 2007 to May 2013, where Lucia held various roles including Project Portfolio Manager, Internal Translator, Incident Manager, and Project Management Officer. Responsibilities encompassed project portfolio administration, translation of banking systems, incident management, and program office coordination. Lucia holds a Doctor of Arts degree in Translatology from Comenius University in Bratislava and a Master's degree in Translation Studies and Interpretation from the same institution, complemented by studies at Pushkin State Russian Language Institute.
