Kim is a communications and cybersecurity-focused senior subject matter expert with over 15 years of experience in government consulting. She has led programs and provided thought leadership in the areas of cybersecurity risk management, governance, strategy, planning, and outreach. She has successfully managed cybersecurity programs for several Components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and, most recently, for the Department of the Treasury. Kim’s diverse project background ranging from cybersecurity public affairs and communications to department-level policy consulting coupled with her long-standing expertise in cyber governance, risk, and compliance provides a unique perspective to her cybersecurity customers.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University as well as the following certifications: PMP, Security+, ITIL Foundations, and Professional Scrum Master 1.
