James Partin

James Partin, MD, MHCM has served Hill Country Memorial as Chief Medical Officer since 2011 and has been a member of the HCM medical staff for 15 years. He leads and oversees the medical staff efforts around quality, planning and staff development, and he serves as the communication liaison with hospital administration.

Dr. Partin has been involved in primary care medicine for more 30 years in private practice. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Healthcare Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
