Fiona is a partner and heads the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team in Liverpool.
Fiona has over 20 years' experience of a broad range of disputes and extensive experience of successfully managing high value, complex, document heavy, multiple expert and witness cases.
Fiona's dispute resolution specialisms include arbitrations, contract and tort disputes, statutory compensation claims, shareholder disputes, partnership and LLP disputes, warranty and completion account disputes, judicial reviews, public enquiries, injunctions, supplier disputes, fraud, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and professional negligence claims against a broad range of professionals and contentious probate and trust disputes. Recent experience includes acting in a multi-million dollar London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) arbitration over contractual issues arising from the refurbishment of an oil rig in Trinidad.
Fiona graduated from Reading University (1992) with an honours degree in law before completing her law finals course in London (1993).
