Joanne Raisbeck

Joanne is a Partner and head of the Family team. Her work focuses primarily on high-net-worth divorce, pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements, financial provision for children and disputes involving arrangements for children.

Joanne is an experienced and well regarded family law solicitor. She has a real eye for detail and is well known for her outstanding case preparation. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Joanne spent eight years at Pannone LLP and prior to that was at Nelsons LLP and Bell Lamb & Joynson.

Joanne has expertise in all aspects of family law, but she specialises in dealing with complex and high-net-worth financial matters on divorce and in preparing pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements. She regularly acts for ‘rich list’, media, sports, business and professional clients and often the cases she is involved in have family business issues, overseas assets or family trust arrangements.
