Shantanu specialises in advising on IPOs and fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange. He also has deep expertise in public and private M&A transactions (both UK and cross-border) and complex joint ventures.

With well over a decade of experience, Shantanu has advised on a number of complex transactions across a broad range of sectors including real estate, hotels and leisure, technology, consumer products and media.
