Will joins us having worked his way from qualification to partnership in a well known city centre practice in just fours years. He has specialised for his entire career in Insolvency and Restructuring work and has built a strong reputation in this field.

Will is best known for acting for providing expert legal support to Insolvency Practitioners and funders in the structuring, handling and implementation of Corporate Insolvency processes. He advises directors on their duties when their companies are in distress and also brings, or defends, antecedent transaction claims arising out of liquidations and provides legal support for complex bankruptcies.
