Martin Altman

Martin Altman, PMP, currently serves as the Director of FEMA PA at Hill International, Inc., since August 2023. With extensive experience in emergency management and disaster recovery, Martin has held prominent positions including Vice President of Emergency Management & Long-Term Recovery at Metric Consulting, LLC, and Vice President - Disaster Management at ICF International. Martin's background includes leadership roles at DMS Consulting and SMLA Consulting, as well as significant contributions at FEMA, where responsibilities included directing the Infrastructure Branch and overseeing recovery operations for multiple presidential disaster declarations in Florida. Martin received a degree from the University of Maryland between August 1977 and May 1981.
