Shadi El Masri, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and proposal management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Proposals - Middle East at Hill International, Inc. since October 2018, Shadi has previously held key roles including UAE Country Manager at Schaduf and Regional Proposals & Pursuit Manager at Arcadis, where over 100 bids valued above USD 100M were managed. Shadi's expertise also includes advisory services at PwC and business development at Enviromena Power Systems, specializing in solar projects. With a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Business Administration from The American University in Cairo and a Project Management Professional Certification, Shadi possesses a solid foundation in project management and business strategy.
