Deema Kingsmill-Moore began their work experience in 2000 as a PR at Connexions and later became an Account Manager at Promoseven Weber Shandwick in 2001. In 2004, they joined Hill+Knowlton Strategies as a Group Account Director and remained with the company until 2012. During their time at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Deema held various roles and responsibilities. In 2012, they started working for Marriott International as a Director of PR, MEA until 2017 when they became the Director of BMSC Communications and Community Engagement for the Middle East and Africa region. In 2019, Deema returned to Hill+Knowlton Strategies as the Head of Learning and Development.
Deema Kingsmill-Moore attended the New English School in Kuwait from 1978 to 1990. From 1990 to 1991, they pursued their IGCSE at the British High School Bonn. They then went on to Schiller International University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BBA in International Business.
