Judy Stecker has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Judy is currently working as the Senior Vice President, U.S. Healthcare Media and Public Affairs Lead at Hill+Knowlton Strategies since October 2021. Prior to this, they served in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from 2018 to 2021, holding the positions of Deputy Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations, and Assistant Secretary, Public Affairs. At HHS, they managed various operations and oversaw a large team of employees.

Before their tenure at HHS, Judy worked at the American Enterprise Institute as the Executive Director of Media Relations and Strategic Marketing from 2012 to 2018. Judy developed strategic media and marketing plans, managed a team, and advised and drafted communications materials.

Judy Stecker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government, with a minor in Communication and a concentration in Women's Studies, obtained from Syracuse University between 2001 and 2005. Judy also earned a Master of Arts degree from Georgetown University in Communication, Culture & Technology, with a concentration in Media & Politics, between 2005 and 2007. Prior to these degrees, Judy attended Our Lady of Mercy- School for Young Women from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a Top Secret/SCI Clearance certification from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in May 2019.
