Charlene Chen

Charlene Chen began their work experience at Hill Physicians Medical Group in 2022 as a Claims Analyst II. Prior to that, they worked at North East Medical Services from 2018 to 2022. At North East Medical Services, they held multiple roles including Claim Examiner from December 2020 to July 2022, EDI Claim Processor from January 2020 to December 2020, and Claim Processor from October 2018 to December 2020. In their role as an EDI Claim Processor, Charlene was responsible for monitoring daily automatic in-load, validation, and posting activities in the EZ-EDI application for HIPPA 837 EDI files received through the NEMS SFTP. Charlene also traced error claims identified by the EZ-EDI application, corrected errors, and reconciled in-loaded records with submitted records to ensure data accuracy.

Charlene Chen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
