Jennifer Johnson has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 at Earl Anthonys Dublin Bowl as a Customer Service/Front Desk staff member. Jennifer was responsible for opening and closing the facility, maintaining booking reservations, and researching potential clients.
In 2003, Jennifer joined ABB CONCISE Optical Group as a Customer Service Resolution Lead, where they assisted various departments by addressing inquiries via email, telephone, and in-person.
