Kristi Watson

Kristi Watson, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kristi is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Hill Physicians Medical Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at InnovAge as the Vice President of HR Operations from June 2021 to June 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Kristi held various roles at Home Care Assistance, including Head/Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner.
