Nathan Keilman

Nathan Keilman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry spanning over two decades. Nathan began their career at HIH Insurance, where they worked as a Bill Review Specialist II/Compliance Auditor, focusing on training in coding and auditing medical claims for compliance with legal requirements. Nathan then joined Hill Physicians Medical Group as a Practice Support Representative, where they were responsible for provider training, contract review, and network management support.

Nathan later moved to PPMSI, where they took on the roles of Contract Coordinator and Network Manager, Affinity Medical Group, managing contracting and provider relations support for managed IPAs. Nathan then joined Health Net as the Manager of Provider Development, negotiating and managing provider agreements with various medical groups and hospitals.

At Centene Corporation, Health Net of California Division, Nathan held the position of Manager of Contract Negotiation, responsible for negotiating contracts with IPA and hospital systems. Nathan then advanced to become the Regional Network Director, where they successfully managed large and complex medical group agreements and built strong provider relationships.

Currently, Nathan works at Hill Physicians Medical Group as the Director of Contracting. In this role, they establish and maintains an effective department, manages the liaison role between PriMed departments and external entities, and provides support to senior management for policy development and implementation to achieve strategic objectives.

Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, provider relations, and managing complex agreements in the healthcare industry.

Nathan Keilman earned a Bachelors degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco, completing their studies in an undisclosed year prior to 1995. Nathan later pursued a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from the same institution, completing this program between 1999 and 2001.
