Ryan Oliver

Ryan Oliver has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ryan is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Hill Physicians Medical Group since November 2022. Before this, they worked as the Deputy General Counsel at SCAN Health Plan from September 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Ryan held various roles at Molina Healthcare from September 2015 to September 2021, including Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Associate General Counsel. Ryan began their legal career as an Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP from March 2013 to September 2015 and also worked as an Associate at Locke Lord LLP from January 2010 to March 2013. Ryan's expertise includes advising on regulatory strategy, government contracts compliance, mergers & acquisitions, and Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace services.

Ryan Oliver obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in the period between 2000 and 2004. Ryan then continued their education at USC Gould School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree from 2004 to 2007. Lastly, Ryan pursued their Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University-Sacramento from 2007 to 2009.
