With a background in claims operations spanning over three decades, Shirlese Hayes has held leadership positions at Wellpoint Anthem, Brown and Toland Medical Group, and currently at Hill Physicians Medical Group. As Director of Claims Operations, Shirlese oversees the IPA model implementation and management within the department.
