RJ Santilli serves as the Director of Operations Claims and Credentialing at MVP Health Care since January 2024, overseeing teams related to Commercial Claims, Medicaid and Medicare claims, Provider Data Management, Credentialing, and Training. With a strong background in managed care systems, quality assurance, and training, RJ has held various progressive roles at MVP Health Care, including Manager of Managed Care Systems and Manager of Quality and Training for Claims. Previous experience includes a supervisory position in customer service at ValueOptions and senior customer service roles at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. RJ holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College and has additional educational background from Siena College.
