Sunita Patil

Sunita Patil is the Sr. Director of IT Service Strategy at Hill Physicians Medical Group since November 2002. Sunita is responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture, innovation, managing ITSM, release and change management. Sunita has implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for digital transformation, CRM, and ServiceNow for Healthcare to optimize business processes and build operational efficiency. In the past, Sunita has worked as an IT Consultant at Quinn & Associates and DATAMAS Ltd, focusing on development of hospital claims systems. Sunita holds a Certification in Healthcare Informatics from the University of California, Davis, and a BS degree from Bombay University.
