Chad Overcast

Chad Overcast is a Senior EO/IR Scientist at Hill Technical Solutions, where expertise in EO/IR remote sensing and the development of models and simulations for complex systems is provided. Prior to this role, Chad served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Boeing, focusing on data science, algorithm development, and EO/IR remote sensing. Chad has a significant background with the United States Air Force as a Senior Lead Test Analyst, supervising and leading testing for space and missile operations and supporting various high-performance testing projects. Earlier experience includes working as a Physicist and Test Engineer, specializing in EO/IR remote sensing and satellite mission planning. Chad's educational background includes a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Tennessee institutions.
