Jamall Black is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering, project management, and requirements analysis. Currently serving as the PM Digital Engineer Deputy at Hill Technical Solutions since June 2021, Jamall previously worked as a Senior Principal System Engineer at Northrop Grumman, managing release rhythms for the Ballistic Missile Defense System and overseeing requirements using a DOORS database. Other roles include System Engineer III at Five Stones Research Corporation, Intermediate System Engineer II at Modern Technology Solutions, and Lead System Engineer at Quantum Research International, where Jamall honed skills in model-based systems engineering, requirement compliance, and deployment strategies. Jamall began a career in engineering as a Journeyman Analyst at MTA, Inc. and as a Professional Civil Engineer Trainee at the Alabama Department of Transportation. Jamall holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering Technology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
