Richard Barrow

Richard Barrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Director and Program Manager at Hill Technical Solutions since September 2020, Richard previously held the position of Senior GN&C Engineer at Boeing from May 2004 to September 2020, where Richard developed GN&C flight software and simulations for missile defense and space launch vehicles. Richard also led a team of engineers on the Time Capsule to Mars project, focusing on systems engineering and project management, and developed operations research models for production optimization. Earlier in Richard's career, work as a Systems Engineer and Programmer at the University of Florida involved mathematical modeling for transportation projects. Richard holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
