Richard Kelly

Richard Kelly is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving in various capacities at Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors since August 2021, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to this role, Richard was a Project Engineer at 3I CONTRACTING, LLC, and Teinert Commercial Building, where valuable engineering expertise was developed.
