Sarah Shepherd, Associate CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Hillarys since March 2022, Sarah previously held the position of People Partner at OUTFORM from April 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Samworth Brothers, where Sarah worked from May 2007 to April 2019 in various roles, including Implementation Coordinator and Personnel. Sarah holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from South Leicestershire College, completed between 2014 and 2016.
