Amanda Gray has extensive experience in the fields of underwriting and safety management, currently serving as Underwriter for New Business Tech at National Lloyds Insurance since November 2014. In tandem, Amanda has held the position of Safety Intern at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center since January 2014, where responsibilities include assisting with New Hire Orientation Safety Training and developing a Hearing Conservation Program. Previous roles include evaluating physician forms as a QCC Representative at Examination Management Services, managing documentation at Life Partners, Inc., and serving as a Detention Service Officer at both Tarrant County Sheriff's Office and Dallas County Sheriff's Department. Amanda holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco, earned from 2012 to 2014.

Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center is jointly operated by Hillcrest Health System and Scott & White Healthcare. The System includes Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center (HBMC), a fully accredited 237-bed acute care hospital on Interstate 35, HBMC - Herring Avenue, a post-acute care campus comprised of 73 inpatient beds including the Scott & White Center for Rehabilitative Medicine and Hillcrest Family Health Center, a network of primary care clinics located in Bellmead, China Spring, Hewitt, Woodway and Waco. HMBC is home to Waco's only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is the area's designated Trauma Center. Hillcrest is also the Official Healthcare Provider for Baylor University Athletics.
