Shannon McMahon

Shannon McMahon has extensive experience in education and youth programming, serving as a Teacher Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician at Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as a Direct Sales Manager in self-employment from October 2015 to October 2019 and held the position of Teen & Member Services Director at the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires from November 2007 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing and implementing programs. Shannon also has coaching experience as the Head Swim Coach at St. Joseph Central Catholic High School from November 2012 to February 2016 and served as Lifeguard Supervisor at Malden YMCA in 2007. Shannon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Movement Science Sport and Leisure Studies from Westfield State University and a certificate in Massage Therapy from Everest Institute-Chelsea.
