Amy Lynch

Amy is Hillcrest’s Chief of Staff and has been serving the company, the shareholders, and their family office since 2015. Amy acts as a liaison between the shareholders and Hillcrest’s operating businesses.

Prior to her appointment at Hillcrest, Amy spent 15 years in client service at Deloitte Tax LLP, most recently in the role of senior tax manager.

She graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA. She currently serves as Past Board Chair for the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation.
