Amber Sie

Amber Sie has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits, HR Digitalization, Systems, and Reporting at Hillebrand Gori since August 2019. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with business growth, overseeing global HRIS projects, and enhancing compensation schemes.
