Frank Bickmeier

Frank Bickmeier currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Hillebrand Gori, a DHL company, since March 2022. With extensive HR responsibility for over 3,000 employees across 90 countries, Frank leads the integration of Hillebrand and Gori within the Deutsche Post DHL framework and chairs the labor relations business committee. Prior to this role, Frank was the Head of Human Resources Europe at DHL Global Forwarding from September 2015 to March 2022, overseeing around 10,000 employees in 32 countries and also serving on the European Management Board. Frank's earlier experience includes positions at Deutsche Post DHL and DHL Express Asia Pacific, where responsibilities spanned global HR services, compensation and benefits, and organizational development for thousands of employees across various regions. Frank holds a Master of Social Sciences from Universität Osnabrück.
