Mark Rotenberg is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Hillel International, a position held since 2017. Previously, Mark served as Vice President and General Counsel at Johns Hopkins University and General Counsel at the University of Minnesota, where they also contributed as a professor. Their extensive legal experience includes time as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Justice. Mark has held adjunct teaching roles at American University and has been a Visiting Professor of Law at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. They earned a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in History and Politics from Brandeis University and advanced degrees from Columbia University in Law and U.S. History.
