Jen Berman, MSc, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jen started their career as a Strategic Branding and Marketing Consultant at Dallas Distilleries, Inc. in 2012. Jen then joined JDC (The Joint) in 2012 and held various positions, including Engagement Associate, Community Manager, and Planning and Brand Manager. During their time at JDC, they also served as a Global Jewish Service Corps Fellow, where they optimized leadership training programs and contributed to marketing and branding efforts.

In 2014, Jen worked part-time as a Group Leader at Sourced Adventures, facilitating adventure trips and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Jen also worked as a Freelance Copywriter at Peek.com from 2013 to 2015.

Jen joined Global Citizen in 2021 as the Director of Global Marketing, Paid Media, before moving on to Hillel International in the same year. At Hillel International, they initially served as the Director of the Digital Marketing Fellowship Program and later became the Brand Director. In this role, they led the organization's 100th-anniversary brand and positioning work, managed creative assets for brand marketing efforts, developed user journeys, and reviewed and advised on content generated by Hillel International.

Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated expertise in marketing, branding, communications, and team management.

Jen Berman holds a Master of Science in Digital Innovation in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Jen earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science, Community Health & Development with a minor in Global & International Studies from The University of Kansas.
