Nikki Goldrod Schaecter

Nikki Goldrod Schacter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an English teacher in Thailand for CIEE in 2013. Nikki then worked as a Sales Consultant in the Pediatrics Division at Weatherby Healthcare from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach as a Broward Engagement Associate, where they engaged with Jewish students, implemented new programs, and supervised interns and Executive Board members. In 2017, Nikki transitioned to Hillel International, where they held various roles including Manager of Early Career Talent, Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, and most recently, Centennial Project Director. In these positions, they managed hiring processes, trained employees on hiring best practices, and coached and recruited candidates for student-facing roles on college campuses across North America.

Nikki Goldrod Schaecter obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2013. Their major was Political Science, with a focus on International Relations and Comparative Politics. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Legal Studies during the same period.
