Rachel Hochheiser Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel began their career in 1996 as a student at Brown University, where they stayed until 2000. From there, they joined Hillel as a Student Leadership Development Associate and later became a Bittker Fellow. In 2004, Rachel had a brief stint as a Human Resources Intern at Anheuser-Busch.

In 2005, Rachel joined BBYO as the Director of Professional Development. Rachel held various roles within the organization, including Area Executive Director and Director of Human Resources and Professional Development.
