Halle Reinoso

Halle Reinoso has extensive work experience in various roles related to HRIS implementation, digital transformation, and project management. Halle is currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital and HR Transformation at Hillenbrand since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of HRIS at The Marmon Group from June 2020 to December 2022. Halle has also worked as a Director of Workday Consultancy at IJA Strategies from June 2019 to June 2020, where they focused on enabling and empowering organizations through the strategic use of Workday. Halle gained project management experience as a Senior Project Manager at Hyland from April 2016 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, Halle worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from August 2010 to December 2015, where they led global Workday implementations for large corporations. Before that, they worked as an Analyst at Chugach Alaska Corporation from September 2009 to August 2010, where they supported strategy development and process improvement initiatives. Halle also has experience as an Account Manager at FedEx Services from July 2008 to September 2009, where they focused on logistics, inventory, procurement, and import/export strategy for clients.

Halle Reinoso obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2008. Halle also participated in a Semester at Sea program at the University of Virginia in 2007. In addition, Halle Reinoso has certifications in Workday Compensation and Workday Core HCM.
