Michelle Stewart

Michelle Stewart has over 25 years of experience in global payroll operations and human resources. Michelle currently holds the position of Sr. Director Global Payroll Operations at Hillenbrand, where they began in 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked at CIT for six years as Director - Human Resources - Global Payroll Operations. From 2008 to 2016, they held the role of Director, Global Payroll Operations, Tax, Compliance at Acosta Sales & Marketing, where they restructured the shared services/HR department. Michelle also has experience at Paycor as a New Accounts Manager from 2003 to 2007, and at Paychex as a Client Services Supervisor from 1996 to 2003. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing payroll processing, tax compliance, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
