Sheilah Holznagel

Sheilah Holznagel has a diverse work experience spanning various IT leadership roles. Sheilah is currently employed at Hillenbrand as the Vice President of IT Global Functions & Enterprise Applications. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at the Society for Information Management (SIM) from January 2020 to October 2022. Sheilah also worked at Johnson Controls as the Sr Director of Information Technology from October 2015 to October 2022. Sheilah has held positions such as Vice President on the Board of Directors at the Southwest Regional Technology Partnership (SWFRTP.org) from October 2012 to October 2015. Sheilah has also worked as the Director of Technology at Chico's FAS, Inc. from April 2012 to October 2015, and as the Director of IS Strategy and Planning at Kohl's Department Stores from November 2009 to April 2012. Sheilah started their career at Covance as a Global Program Manager from January 2008 to October 2009, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior IS Consultant at Stratagem from 2005 to 2008.

Sheilah Holznagel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Lakeland University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Sheilah further pursued higher education and earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technology specializing in Project Management and Leadership from Capella University from 2003 to 2005.
