Ulf Zimmerling

Ulf Zimmerling has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Ulf started their career as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP in 1999, specializing in Corporate/M&A. Ulf then joined Allen & Overy in 2001 as a Senior Associate, where they furthered their expertise in the same field until 2006.

In 2006, Zimmerling transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and became a Senior Legal Counsel at Bayer HealthCare AG. Ulf led global teams for M&A transactions and played a key role in integrating Schering AG into the Bayer Group. Zimmerling's role at Bayer lasted until 2011, when they joined Intendis GmbH as Vice President and General Counsel. In this position, they oversaw legal matters, patents, and compliance for the global HQ of Bayer HealthCare Dermatology.

Most recently, Zimmerling has been working at Hillenbrand since 2013. As Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Hillenbrand Group, they have held various roles, including serving as General Counsel for APS (Coperion & Rotex). In this role, they are responsible for legal matters related to the group's operations.
